Welcome to Mark R. Wasden, Attorney
at Law

My name is Mark R. Wasden. I was raised
in Washington State. I attended the University of Idaho College of Law from 1988-1991. I am a published author of
the Idaho Law Review, State v. Thompson, 26 Idaho L Rev 385 (1990) and thereafter served on the editorial board.
I presently serve on the Board of Directors for the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and also sit on the Twin Falls City Library
Board of Trustees.
From 1991-1992, I clerked for the Honorable Daniel B. Meehl, District Judge, of Twin Falls
County. From 1992-1994, I clerked for the Honorable J. William Hart, Administrative District Judge, of Minidoka County.
In 1994, I began practice with Goicoechea Law Offices in Twin Falls and I am presently the managing attorney there specializing in personal injury and workers compensation law.
My wife and I have three daughters
and one son.
